So here’s what’s on the menu currently hanging on our fridge. I’ve also opted to print a second calendar with reminders such as “Thaw Bratwurst” or “Soak Beans.” I’ve had many instances lately when our dinner plans have fallen through (and we’ve had to be creative) because a main component wasn’t thawed or prepared in time.

Tues, 5/24: Homemade Fettucine Alfredo with Peas
Wed, 5/25: Kielbasa, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, & Sauerkraut (this failed to appear on our table earlier in the month)
Thurs, 5/26: Leftovers
Fri, 5/27: Ham & Bean Soup, Cheddar Cornbread
Sat, 5/28: From-Scratch Taco Pizza
